Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Clear policies, redemption flexibility, and logistics guidelines for Grandma's Christmas Food Bank.
Yes! Food package redemptions take place between November 15th and December 31st. You have 100% free flexibility to change or reschedule your collection or delivery date anytime within this window from your customer dashboard.
Deposits and installments are strictly non-refundable. However, all payments are 100% transferable to family, friends, or colleagues. You can also swap or upgrade your subscription to any higher package version before fulfillment.
We operate authorized collection hubs across 14 Lagos zones (Lekki, Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Festac, Sangotedo, Ikorodu, Egbeda, Ojota, Mushin, Apapa, Ajegunle, Badagry, Sango Ota) and national regional centers (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Aba, Ibadan, Asaba, Onitsha/Enugu). The exact private pickup dispatch address in your selected area is sent directly to your phone/email once your order is confirmed.
Door delivery is available for all feast packages! The package price covers your entire food bundle and packaging; the logistics delivery fee is calculated based on your exact delivery destination and settled upon dispatch.
Locking in your deposit (25% down or weekly/monthly spread) between September 5th and November 30th protects your package rate from holiday food inflation. Unsubscribed packages will surge by 25% to 50% from midnight December 5th.
Packages collected or scheduled for fulfillment on or after January 1st attract a 25% late holding and cold-storage service fee. We encourage all customers to redeem within the official festive window (Nov 15 – Dec 31).
